This is a service that allows you to select products in advance on the online shopping site and have them delivered to your nearest store for viewing.
Reservations can be made in a few easy steps via the online shopping site, phone, or LINE.
This offer is available at 21 stores nationwide and there is no cost to you.

You can make a reservation to visit the store via the online shopping site, by phone, or LINE.
*Please contact us at least 3 days before your desired visit date, as this may involve moving the product. If you are in a hurry, please contact us by phone.

Make a reservation from the online shopping site
If there is only one reserved item

Click on "View product in store" on each product page, then fill out and submit the store reservation form.

After we confirm the details, we will contact you and your reservation will be completed.
Please come to the store on the date and time of your reservation.
If there are 2 to 3 reserved items

If you have not yet registered as a member, please register as a new member.

Once logged in, click the heart mark on each product page to add the product you wish to reserve to your favorites.

Click on your favorite "VIEW MORE" at the top of your My Page, select up to three items, and then fill out and submit the store reservation form.

After we confirm the details, we will contact you and your reservation will be completed.

ATTENTIONNotes on booking a visit
- If we are unable to contact you in advance or if you are significantly late for your reservation, we may have to cancel your reservation.
- Booking an appointment does not guarantee that the product will be reserved for you, so stock and prices may change up until your visit date.
- Please make your reservation via the online store at least 3 days before your visit. If you are in a hurry, please contact us by phone.
- When moving goods, it may not be possible to arrange delivery on the desired date due to bad weather or other reasons.
- If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our inquiry desk.
- You can only order up to three items per reservation.
