Warranty details
If a spontaneous breakdown occurs inside the watch when used correctly according to the instruction manual, we will repair or adjust it in accordance with the warranty provisions below.

The cost of repairs per repair will be guaranteed up to a maximum amount for each year that has passed (excluding products not covered by the extended warranty).

- If repairs are carried out outside of our store, repairs will be charged.
- This service is only available within Japan.
- This warranty is a promise to repair or adjust the product within the period and conditions specified in this document, and does not limit the customer's legal rights. This warranty is valid only for use in Japan.
- If there is a difference of opinion between the retailer and the user regarding the certification of a malfunction or damage, the opinion of a neutral third party may be sought through the retailer.
- This warranty cannot be applied if you contact the manufacturer's service center directly.
- If the warranty card is lost, this service will not apply. Please take care to store it properly.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other warranty extension campaigns.
*If we are unable to contact you regarding the repaired item for more than three months after receiving it, we will assume that you have abandoned ownership of the repaired item and the repaired item will be disposed of. This does not include cases where it takes time to order parts, etc.
