Extended warranty application process

Extension method

Post a review within one month in accordance with the contents of the gift campaign flyer that will be sent with the product.
Once you've sent your review notification email, all you have to do is wait.

About extended warranties

[ Warranty details ]
● If a natural breakdown occurs inside the watch when used correctly in accordance with the instruction manual, we will repair or adjust it in accordance with the warranty provisions below.
● Parts covered by the warranty: Inside the watch (movement, electronic circuit parts, mechanical parts)
● Maximum period of our extended warranty (excluding products not covered by the extended warranty)
The cost of each repair will be guaranteed up to a maximum amount based on the number of years that have passed.

  • After the end of the standard warranty period to 3 years: 50% of the purchase price
  • 3 to 5 years: 30% of the purchase price

Any amount exceeding the limit will be borne by the customer.
In addition, if repairs are not possible due to reasons such as difficulties in supplying parts, we may provide a refund based on the maximum amount according to the number of years that have passed since the product was last repaired, as stated above.


[Items not covered by the warranty]

  • 1. Dead battery
  • 2. Water and moisture
  • 3. Damage caused by customer modification or installation (belt, glass, crown, etc.)
  • 4. Malfunctions caused by natural disasters, fires, accidents, etc.
  • 5. If you have lost your warranty (both the manufacturer's warranty and our warranty)
  • 6. Other breakdowns or malfunctions caused by customer negligence
  • 7. Loss of crown, ornaments, hands, or other parts, etc.
  • 8. Discoloration, deterioration, corrosion, rust, etc. of the belt and main body
  • 9. Accidents or damage caused by improper use or negligence, and unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • 10. Malfunctions caused by magnetic stripes
  • 11. If the supplier, agent or manufacturer determines that the product is not covered by the warranty
  • 12. If the product has been repaired or disassembled at another store

● If repairs are carried out anywhere other than our store, there will be a charge for the repairs.

● The warranty is a promise to repair or adjust the product within the period and conditions specified in this document, and does not limit the customer's legal rights. This warranty is valid only for use in Japan.
● If a difference of opinion arises between the dealer and the user regarding the certification of a malfunction or damage, the opinion of a neutral third party may be sought through the dealer.
● This warranty cannot be applied if you contact the manufacturer's service center directly.
● Cannot be used in conjunction with other warranty extension campaigns.


* If we are unable to contact you regarding the repaired item for more than three months after receiving it, we will assume that you have abandoned ownership of the repaired item.
Repaired items will be disposed of. This excludes cases where it takes time to order parts, etc.
