We had a bit of an uncertainty on whether the watches strap would pose a problem under the CITES regulations and the seller was extremely accommodating and resourceful in clearing up the issue. I had issues with the CH24 payment system that took a long time to sort out. The seller was patient and reserved it for me until the payment issue was resolved. Unfortunately sent me the final invoice in Yen so I was hit with card conversion fee, its good practice to make sure to always pay in your own currency. I'll remember next time.
