We offer a return service. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you can return it.

We accept returns of used watches purchased through our official online store.

Put your product concerns at ease.
Eliminate the anxiety of purchasing online.
We solve the problems that cannot be conveyed through mail order, such as condition, shape, and texture.
This service is designed to allow more customers to use our service with peace of mind.

Returns are possible if you purchase a second-hand or mint condition item.

Only products purchased online are eligible for return. However, if you purchase an item online and pick it up at a store, you cannot return it.

This only applies to products that have not been used upon arrival (as at the time of shipment).

Items that have passed our inspection

Once it arrives, we will check to see if it is the same as when it was shipped.

Please note that we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • New, unused, outlet, and special order items
  • If there are signs of use or tampering
  • If you have made two or more returns in the same month, or if you have made excessive returns or exchanges in the past
  • If the product is damaged or lost, or if any accessories (international warranty card, original box, instruction manual, tag, etc.) are damaged or lost.
  • Belts replaced upon request (the cost of the belt will be deducted from the refund amount)
  • If you have not applied and have not received prior contact
  • Shipping and transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

Refund method

Bank transfer/cash on delivery
Your contract will be cancelled.
Please note that the credit company may charge you a cancellation fee when canceling your credit contract.

* If the down payment is paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred minus the bank transfer fee.

Credit card/online payment
I will cancel the charge.
If payment has already been confirmed, you will receive a cash back from your credit card company after the payment is debited.

*Installment fees are non-refundable.

* It may take a month.

Shopping loan
Your contract will be cancelled.
Please note that the credit company may charge you a cancellation fee when canceling your credit contract.

Please apply for a return using the return acceptance form.

Please apply within 2 days of the product arrival date (the estimated arrival date stated in the shipping notification email sent by our store) and complete the return procedure within 3 days. Returns will not be accepted if we do not receive your application in advance.

Please return the product in the cardboard box it was delivered in.

Please use the packaging provided when you receive the item to arrange for its return. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
