About returns
This service is to resolve concerns that cannot be conveyed through mail order, such as condition, shape, and texture, and to allow more customers to use our services with peace of mind. Please apply within 2 days of the product arrival date (the expected arrival date stated in the shipping notification email sent by our store) and return the product within 3 days . Refunds will only be given if the following return conditions are met.
Return policy
Used or mint condition products Returns are possible if you purchase a second-hand or mint condition item.
Mail order only Only products purchased online are eligible for return. However, if you purchase an item online and pick it up at a store, you cannot return it.
If not used This only applies to products that have not been used upon arrival (as at the time of shipment).
Items not threaded through belt holes Returns of leather straps or straps only are limited to unused items.
Apply within 2 days of arrival Within two days, including the expected arrival date stated in the shipping notification email we send you.
Shipped within 3 days of arrival Please apply within 2 days of receiving the item and return it promptly. Returns after 3 days will not be accepted.
Items that have passed our inspectionOnce it arrives, we will check to see if it is the same as when it was shipped.
・New, unused, outlet, or special order items
- If there are signs of use or tampering
- If you have made more than two returns in the same month, or have made excessive returns or exchanges in the past
・If the product is damaged or lost, or if any accessories (international warranty, original box, instruction manual, tag, etc.) are damaged or lost
- Belts replaced upon request (we will refund the amount minus the cost of the belt)
