Description of Rolex Sea-Dweller 126603
Sea-Dweller was born in 1967. 50 years later, the Sea-Dweller "126600" was announced at Baselworld 2017, and the combination model "126603" was born in 2019.
Compared to the old Sea-Dweller 4000 "116600", the case diameter has been increased from 40mm to 43mm, and the first cyclodene lens in Sea-Dweller history has been adopted.
The letters "SEA-DWELLER" on the dial are colored in gold, making it a sporty yet luxurious design.
The movement is equipped with “Caliber 3235,” which has been developed and manufactured in-house with 14 patents. Including the Cronergy Escapement, which increased the performance of conventional escapements to achieve high efficiency, and adopted nickel-phosphorus alloys, which are less susceptible to magnetic fields, for the ankles and escape wheels, the company has packed the technical capabilities of Rolex. It is a new generation movement.
The case side at 9 o'clock also has a helium gas escape valve unique to Sea-Dweller, making it an attractive model that boasts high performance not only as a design but also as a diver's watch.
