A dedicated administrator is always on-site to manage all the products handled by Yukizaki, the precious watches and jewelry entrusted to us by our customers, and the necessary parts. In order to provide accurate information to our valued customers and to improve the quality of maintenance by creating an environment where our craftsmen can concentrate on their work, a dedicated administrator manages the entire YUKIZAKILABO. Even in this department, we are proactively introducing new technologies and tools without sticking to past practices. In particular, our in-house repair management system has created an accurate and efficient maintenance flow that cannot be imitated by general-purpose systems.

After repairs and maintenance work is completed, we inspect the product under a strict inspection system with a third-party, non-technical perspective, checking various items such as "Does it meet the customer's request?" and "Does the quality of the finish meet the standards set by our company?". We check the finish from the customer's perspective and conduct rigorous inspections based on our expert knowledge, and for watches, we thoroughly check not only the exterior finish but also their operation. We do not only check with the naked eye, but also use measuring equipment to check the finish and make sure that it is in a condition that we can hand over to the customer with confidence.
