It's listed on the mail order site, so I think it's because I didn't buy it with enough time, but I was told that only the customer would know the payment date, and they didn't respond in a friendly manner. I'm very disappointed.

The packaging was very careful and there were no damages!
I would definitely like to use it again!

The staff at the store was very responsive and gave me detailed information about the product.
Also, since I couldn't see the actual product, it was very helpful for me to be able to send comparison images via email.
I'm glad I was able to purchase the red grape dial without having to look anywhere else.
