This was my first purchase from this seller. It also was the very first time I bought through Chrono24.
I was pretty skeptical at first as I have never bought a luxury watch from an overseas source but Gem Castle YUKIZAKI wiped out any doubts very quickly as their communications were extremely fast and thorough. I caneas They were very detailed oriented sending me additional info/pictures of the watch and even a video which was very helpful to know exactly what I was getting and what's to be expected. The shipment was from Japan to the US and the package days after they shipped it out which totally blew me away. During the shipment I received a link from the carrier and needed to take care of customs which made the process quick, easy and seamless. I would not hesitate toy future. I also plan on visiting one of their stores the next time I am in Japan. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend this seller to others.
