Great communication and shipping was fast from Japan to US. Thank you!

The good. The watch was new, with box and papers was described. The packing was the best I've seen from any online watch dealer, ever. Original box wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a box labeled by the seller, that box was Packing peanuts also were in each package. I was very impressed. I knocked them down because of communication.

The bad. There was a translation issue and a holiday delay in Japan, Chrono24 contacted them and contacted me with concern when the seller didn't get back to them. I emailed the seller, they shipped the product and apologized.

The verdict. It wasn't flawless but I will be checking to see what this seller has in the future as at the end of the day, a beautiful watch was safely delivered at a good price, in great packaging.

다른 가게보다 합리적으로 구입할 수 있다고 생각합니다. 중후감이 있어 심플한 디자인입니다만 자신적으로는 생각보다 좋았습니다.

Sehr kundenfreundlicher und kulanter Verkäufer. Beste Noten!

Thank you very much for your positive feedback on our packaging.
We truly appreciate your support and hope to serve you again soon.
