Thank you! Excellent, prompt communication. The watch was ahipped and packaged perfectly. Will do business again.

Dealer was excellent including their communication and packaging and beautiful little origami gift inclusion very thoughtful. UPS tracking is not as up to date as fedex or Dhl however item still arrived within reasonable time.

clear and prompt communication
highly recommended
will definitely deal again

Ok, just wow, on Gem Castle YUKIZAKI Co. They were very prompt (got the watch within a week from Japan to the US). They were also very prompt, professional, and patient with my questions (it was my first purchase through ChronoAWOW. layers of boxes and packing material to ensure no damage. The "Good Luck" Origami gift was a nice touch. And here's the show stopper: when I opened the final box to get the watch, it was running with the correct time and date for my time zone enough stars for Gem Castle YUKIZAKI Co.
The only down side to the purchase was the import/tariff fees. They were a lot higher than expected, but not the fault of the dealer, or even Chrono24 who'd mentioned that the import fees were difficult to estimate due toflu just one of those things to be aware of. So a SOLID 18 stars for Chrono24 and Gem Castle YUKIZAKI Co.
