Ok, just wow, on Gem Castle YUKIZAKI Co. They were very prompt (got the watch within a week from Japan to the US). They were also very prompt, professional, and patient with my questions (it was my first purchase through ChronoAWOW. layers of boxes and packing material to ensure no damage. The "Good Luck" Origami gift was a nice touch. The only down side to the purchase was the import/tariff fees. They were a lot higher than expected, but not the fault of the dealer, or even Chrono24 who'd mentioned that the import fees were difficult to estimate due toflu just one of those things to be aware of. So a SOLID 18 stars for Chrono24 and Gem Castle YUKIZAKI Co.

Smoothest experience you can imagine. Seller sent pictures before sending the watch. Everything brand new and untouched as described. Arrived from Japan to Switzerland in 3 days. There's no room for improvement, perfect experience and great
