Oyster perpetual luxury watches
The Oyster Perpetual, a world-first automatic winding mechanism with a rotor that rotates 360 degrees, is equipped with the Oyster case, which was patented as the world's first waterproof watch. The Oyster Perpetual, which incorporates two of Rolex's three major inventions, can be said to be the origin of Rolex. The fact that the words "OYSTER PERPETUAL" are inscribed on the dials of most models such as the Explorer, Submariner, and Daytona is proof of this. While there are current models equipped with the Datejust mechanism, and the distinction between the two models is blurring, the case size and dial design are used to differentiate the Oyster Perpetual, and in recent years, several dial colors and designs that are exclusive to the Oyster Perpetual have been released. It is a model that connects the history of Rolex to the present day.
