Inspection by technicians
All incoming products are sent to our processing department. Here, skilled watchmakers clean, measure, polish, and overhaul the watches if necessary. Jewelry is polished, and both watches and jewelry undergo numerous other processes, and only those that meet our standards are put on display in our store or online.
The above photo shows the watch before and after polishing. It has been polished to a beautiful new finish, so much so that at first glance it is hard to tell it is pre-owned. The photo shows the bracelet and bezel of a watch, but we also apply the same finishing touches to jewelry such as rings. In addition to inspecting incoming products, we also repair, overhaul, and adjust watches entrusted to us by customers, and we also repair jewelry by adjusting the size or removing stones.
