We have a warranty on the watches you purchased at our shop.
Regarding natural breakdowns inside the machine that occur during normal use,
We will repair the product free of charge in accordance with our warranty policy.
Repairs and maintenance after the warranty period are also available.
*Some products are not covered by the warranty. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
In the following cases, even if it is within the warranty period, it will not be covered, and repair will be charged.
- If our after-sales service department determines that there is no problem with the quality or functionality
- Failure or damage to exterior parts
(Case/Crown/push-button/Windshield/Bezel/belt/bracelet/Buckles, etc.) - Damage to the winding core, sky core, spring, etc.
- When consumables and parts are damaged and need to be replaced
- Failures or malfunctions caused by the entry of moisture etc. into the machine
