Dealer was very communicative through the entire process. We had some challenges with customs and FedEx delivery, but they were superb at answering questions and helping the shipment make it through the process. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Really appreciate their professionalism through the process.

Last year, I missed out on buying the last one of this product at the department store, so I kept looking at Yukizaki's website. Eventually, I ended up with it in my hands. I guess it was fate.
I really like this watch. The design and comfort are both great. I hope they don't release a successor model.
