This is the first TAG Heuer model with a rubber strap, but I like the fact that it can be easily readjusted at any time without having to cut the excess part.

Very prompt, very clear and responsive. Delivered quickly. And even set the watch to the right date and time before packaging and sending it. A class act.

Gem Castle was awesome. I sent an email asking for more detailed pictures. They replied with pictures AND a video of the watch. Packaging and delivery was flawless. I will gladly buy from them again.
