Since this is my first expensive watch in my life, I thought it would be a good idea to ask them directly about the Submersible I was looking for at the Kobe store, and the pre-purchase consultation and question-and-answer session was smooth, polite, and very pleasant.
When the product arrived, it was well packaged and I am very satisfied with the watch as described.

Great communication and fast shipping. Had a bit of a panic when I opened the watch box and the watch was not inside. Checked the shipping box, and in it was another box they had put the watch in to protect it. Very well packaged. The watch was better than described. Price was the best on C24, and would amazing for the condition of the watch. recommend Gem Castle 100% and deal with them again!
