Panerai product reviews list(5/8)

Since this was my first expensive watch, I thought it would be best to go directly to the Kobe store where they had the Submersible I was interested in. The pre-purchase consultation and Q&A were smooth, polite, and I received very pleasant service.
The item arrived securely packaged, and the watch was exactly as described. I am very satisfied.
I'll definitely go to Yukizaki again when I buy a watch. Thank you!

The merchants are very friendly and professional. It's a very pleasant shopping!
Great communication and fast shipping. Had a bit of a panic when I opened the watch box and the watch was not inside. Checked the shipping box, and in it was another box they had put the watch in to protect it. Very well packaged. The watch was better than described. Price was the best on C24, and amazing for the condition of the watch. Would recommend Gem Castle 100% and deal with them again!
