I must commend Sato-san for the excellent customer service, from pricing to walking the extra mile to cleaning/polishing up the watch, bracelet adjustment, and additional wrapping service as this is meant to be a present. I recommend this seller and will buying another one from them soon.

Although the product was said to be a new item, it was in good condition and I am satisfied. There were some tears and stains on the outer box, but even with that, I was able to make a good purchase.
