My personal experience with Gem Castle was a wonderful one. The communication, response, packaging, delivery and professionalism were all excellent. Would totally buy from them again, even visit the shop when it's convenient to travel to Japan.

Great dealer. Watch was well represented in pictures.

The IWC Portofino is a simple and uncluttered watch, making it easy to wear for both personal and professional occasions.
It's thin and the bezel is sleek, making it very comfortable to wear.
Watches with a black dial offer excellent visibility; you can easily see the hands even from a distance, which is stress-free.
Yukizaki protects even display items with film, so you receive a watch in very good condition with no scratches or deterioration.
Also, the fact that they adjust the belt meant I could use it right away, which was a great plus.

There was a delay in delivery due to long vacation in Japan. This was communicated immediately an the delivery was processed a few days later.

The product is as expected and I am very satisfied.
