However, there were two things that bothered me.
The product number W208749 on the purchase statement from Gem Castle Yukizaki and the product number W187737 on the delivery slip are different. In other words, I received a product with a different product number than the one I purchased. When I made the purchase, I chose the one with the larger product number (presumably the newer one), but I received the product with the smaller product number. The product number and name are the same, so it's not a major problem, but it shows lax inventory management when there are multiple items with the same product number and name in stock.
Furthermore, although the product is listed as "new" on the sales website, it is actually a used, unused item. The product is in like-new condition, perfect, and there are no problems. However, because the original purchase date of the delivered product was 2019, the 2-year IWC International Limited Warranty period has expired, and it is not possible to extend the International Limited Warranty for 6 years by registering it with MY IWC. In such cases, other companies often list it as "used, unused," and I believe that such a description and explanation is clearer and more helpful to customers. (I understand that it was a used, unused item at the time of purchase, given Gem Castle Yukizaki's business model.)
I deducted one star for the two reasons mentioned above. If those issues weren't present, it would have been a 5-star rating.
Overall, I think I made a good purchase. Thank you.
