I purchased the Big Bang Unico from Yukizaki this time!
The staff were very kind and helpful, and I'm extremely satisfied!
I'm very happy because I also really like the watch!
I'd like to consider Yukizaki's place again if I have the opportunity!

I am very satisfied with my experience with Gem Castle YUKIZAKI. From the transaction to delivery, the seller responded promptly to all my questions, despite the time zone differences. Before shipment, I received photo and video confirmations of the purchased watch. The delivery was exceptionally fast, reaching customs in a European country in 3 days—much quicker than I expected. The package was carefully and securely packed.

Even after delivery, the seller remained responsive and hospitalized me regarding a few concerns I had. The watch matched the description.
