Gem Castle are very professional, fast and polite. We had a bit of an uncertainty on whether the watches strap would pose a problem under the CITES regulations and the seller was extremely accommodating and resourceful in clearing up the issue. The shipping was very fast, everything packed expertly and with lots of padding. They even included all origami swan which was a sweet touch. Watch was new and in perfect condition.
