The packaging was careful, and I received prompt responses to my inquiries and messages.
I received a notice from the boutique about a price increase, and I had made a last-minute appointment to visit, but then I found it at Yukizaki-san's, and since it seemed to be in good condition, I bought it.
Since this was my first time purchasing online, I called to inquire about the included accessories, the date of purchase, and the condition of the item.
The woman who answered the phone was very polite and kind. When I mentioned that the product photos weren't very good quality and I couldn't see the details even when zoomed in, she sent me newly taken photos attached to an email within about an hour. It seems they have many stores, but communication between the phone support department and the stores with stock is very quick.
I found the store through a search on a public holiday evening, but it seemed they were open until 7 PM, and it only took 1-2 hours from inquiry to checking the images, so I was happy that I was able to purchase it during the super sale.
I wonder if some products have good image quality that can be enlarged well, while others have poor image quality? If they were DSLR quality from the start, I think the quality would be conveyed even more.
Because I paid by credit card, the identity verification process took a week as stated in the notice, and I received the item eight days after ordering.
This is a shop I would definitely like to purchase from again if I have the opportunity.
