The website display was easy to understand, and the email correspondence after the purchase was also polite. The product arrived smoothly. The packaging was also careful. I had been looking for this product for a while, so I was very happy and have been wearing it frequently. I would definitely use your service again next time.

The photos you sent me looked beautiful, but the product was rated B, so I was a little worried that there might be some minor scratches or signs of use (although it can't be helped since it's about 100,000 yen cheaper than buying it at a boutique), but the product I received was like new. It seems they are strict in their rankings. I'm so happy!
The packaging was excellent and all correspondence and inquiries were answered promptly.
I received a notice from the boutique about a price increase, so I made a last-minute appointment to visit, but I found it at Yukizaki and it looked to be in good condition, so I bought it.
Since this was my first time purchasing online, I called to inquire about whether any accessories were included, the date, and the condition of the product.
The woman who answered the phone was very polite and kind, and when I told her that the quality of the product photos was not great and I couldn't see the details even when I enlarged them, she sent me a freshly taken photo as an attachment to an email within about an hour. They seem to have many stores, but they seem to be able to communicate quickly between the phone department and the stores that have the item in stock.
I found the store through a search on a public holiday evening, but it seemed to be open until 7pm, and it only took me an hour or two to inquire and check the images, so I was happy I was able to purchase it during the super sale.
I wonder if some products have good image quality and can be enlarged, while others have poor image quality? I think the quality would be even better if the image quality was SLR from the start (^^)
Since I paid by credit card, it took a week to verify my identity as instructed, and I received it on the eighth day after ordering.
I would also like to purchase from this store again if I have the opportunity.

I gave this to my wife as a gift for our 20th wedding anniversary. He was very happy with this as he had been asking for it for a while. The real thing is bigger and more beautiful than I imagined, and I'm happy that it's such a satisfying product.

The item was very nice, but it took about 10 days to arrive and there was no mention of whether or not it came with a warranty, which was disappointing.
