The process from ordering to shipping was very smooth. The item arrived carefully packaged. The condition of the item was excellent and I have no complaints. The ring is comfortable to wear and has a simple design, so it can be worn in any situation.

I was looking for a Tiffany ring with this design. It has such a beautiful polished finish that it's hard to believe it's a used item, and I'm very pleased with it.
However, the photos posted before purchase did not fully convey the brilliance of the 18K yellow gold, and there were black dots in the photos, so I contacted the store by email to inquire.
It's as good as new and a wonderful item,
I think it would be good if you could take more photos. Also, if you took more photos, I think it would give me more confidence when I make a purchase. The ring is like new and I love it.

It was packaged very carefully. The product was in very good condition and was a wonderful item. I love it!
However, it took about 5 days to arrive, which felt a little long as most shops only deliver within 1-2 days.
I thought it would have been better if I had arrived a little earlier.

It was a mystery necklace because the chain size was 27cm (it was clearly stated in the product information) and it had an unbroken 54cm ring, so my head couldn't fit through it.The average head circumference for women is said to be 56 to 58cm.
It's okay because it will be replaced with a longer silk cord, but I would have liked it to be noted that the back is not open.
I am satisfied with the condition of the product (pendant head).
