I was able to purchase the product I wanted at a great price thanks to the points bonus.
I felt reassured because I was able to try it on at a physical store before making my decision.

I was looking for a pair of metal earrings that would have a statement look but could also be worn everyday. I found some that I really liked in another store, but the price just wasn't right for me... Then, during Black Friday, I was attracted by a price I was happy with... It was my first time shopping at this store, so I was hesitant, but I decided to go for it and buy from them.

Because it was expensive and I was concerned about the size, I had them send it to my nearest store so I could try it on in person.
From ordering the item to trying it on and purchasing it, I received very courteous service, which allowed me to make a purchase decision with confidence.
The actual product is so sparkly that it's not only fun to wear, but just looking at it makes me so happy!
