I had to have the size adjusted, but they kept me informed about the progress along the way, which made me feel very at ease.
As for the product, it was as expected. Personally, I thought it would have been a little more expensive to match the necklace.

I had some questions and some parts were difficult to judge from the images, so I made several inquiries, but the operator was very kind and answered my questions. The product itself was in better condition than I expected, so I am very satisfied.

This citrine is now out of production and rare, but because it was second-hand, it was on sale. It said there were many small scratches, but they were not visible to the naked eye. Perhaps they could be seen with a scope like the ones used by appraisers. I'm very pleased with its beauty. I'm happy I was able to purchase it for a lower price than the price offered on flea market sites.
