Brilliant company to deal with. Communication was excellent, and they were on point sending information.
Import costs to the US are extreme, as I discovered, but all in all, a great purchase.

Excellent service. Dealer sent pictures and videos before shipping and sent me an additional video to address a question. Incredibly fast shipping (2 days) and very well packaged. Would highly recommend!

Excellent experience with this dealer. The watch was packed very carefully and thoughtfully, arrived safely, and was even better than described. Communication was honest, clear, and quick throughout the transaction. I would confidently purchase from this dealer again.

I had issues with the CH24 payment system that took a long time to sort out. The seller was patient and reserved it for me until the payment issue was resolved. Unfortunately sent me the final invoice in Yen so I was hit with card conversion fee, its good practice to make sure to always pay in your own currency. I'll remember next time.
