The review process took about two days, but the item arrived beautifully and carefully packaged. The product itself was also in excellent condition. Thank you very much.

Gem Castle are very professional, fast and polite. We had a bit of an uncertainty on whether the watches strap would pose a problem under the CITES regulations and the seller was extremely accommodating and resourceful in clearing up the issue. The shipping was very fast, everything packed expertly and with lots of padding. They even included all origami swan which was a sweet touch. Watch was new and in perfect condition. I am very happy with my order and highly recommend this seller.

It's visually stunning and makes a great reward for yourself. I would definitely recommend it to others.
