I had a great buying experience with Gem Castle YUKIZAKI Co.,Ltd. strongly. The customer service is 10/10 with prompt replies and detailed follow-up. I must commend Sato-san for the excellent customer service, from pricing to walking the extra mile to cleaning/polishing up the watch, bracelet adjustment, and additional wrapping service as this is meant to be a present. I recommend this seller and will buying another one from them soon.

Authentic watch. Overall was happy with purchase. Dealer could have been more specific in description, by mentioning significant scratch on watch crown as Chrono24 pics didn't have enough resolution to make it out and general description simply said "light scratches". This was a $32k watch after all. However an overall pleasant experience and would buy from dealer again, although after more detailed enquiry.

It took some time from purchase to delivery, but it arrived without any problems.
