Very professional dealer. Their communication is delayed by more than 24 hours (probably due to the time zone as I am in the Eastern Time Zone). They are also not available on the weekends. However, I do not have any complaints and definitely I would buy again from Gem Castle.

Previously, I purchased a medium size Noble for myself, but this time I purchased it as a gift.
Shipping was fast, and I would like to purchase again if I have the opportunity.

It was packaged very carefully. The product was in very good condition and was a wonderful item. I love it!
However, it took about 5 days to arrive, which felt a little long as most shops only deliver within 1-2 days.
I thought it would have been better if I had arrived a little earlier.

The first one I bought was a 2013 model, but even though it had been overhauled and refinished, I was surprised at how clean it was, it was hard to believe it was second-hand!
I will use it carefully.
