I bought this to celebrate my 30th birthday. My family members love the Nomble M and Alpha L sizes, and the service was so prompt and courteous that I was excited to wait for it to arrive. I wanted a yellow gold accessory with a small charm, so I loved this stylish design and luxurious feel. It's small but sparkly and eye-catching, and I absolutely love it!!

It's a much nicer product than I expected and I'm very pleased.

Good communication, and the Panerai watch was in even better condition than expected. Also incredible packaging. And I was glad to see they properly itemized the value of the individual watch components in the duty documentation, which helped reduce the additional tax. I was a bit hesitant to make the international purchase given the unknown additional customs payment, but for a ~$5,200 watch my duty invoice from FedEx ended only being ~$150.
