- Enter your customer information on the product request page and proceed to the confirmation screen.
- Once you have confirmed the details and sent it, you will receive a confirmation email and your application will be processed.
- Our staff will contact you to confirm receipt.
- After we receive your product request, we may contact you irregularly to inform you of the status.
- Yukizaki's top buying team will use their own unique routes to find the products you are looking for.
- If the product you are looking for becomes available, we will contact you using the contact information you registered to inform you of the product's condition, sales price, and estimated delivery time.
- If you are not satisfied with the product we present to you, you can cancel before purchasing.
- Please note that as products are constantly changing, there may be cases where we are unable to arrange the product while we are informing you.
- If you wish to purchase the requested item, you will be required to pay the full price of the item in advance.
- Please note that cancellations are not possible after payment has been made.
- We will contact you about the status of your requested product approximately one month after your request.
- Generally, we will inform you if the product is found, but depending on the situation, we may contact you to confirm.
- There are many models that can be requested, and the selling price may vary. We will inform you of the selling price calculated at the time the product you are looking for is found, so the selling price may differ between the time of the product request and the time of purchase. Please note in advance.
