Make a request

Enter your customer information on the product request page and proceed to the confirmation screen.
After checking the contents and sending, you will receive a confirmation email and your application will be accepted.
Our staff will contact you to confirm receipt.
After receiving your product request, we may contact you at irregular intervals to update you on the status.STEP2

If you find a product
If the product you are looking for becomes available, we will contact you using the contact information you registered to inform you of the product's condition, selling price, and estimated delivery time.
If you are not satisfied with the product we offer, you can cancel before purchasing.
Please note that our products are constantly changing, so we may not be able to arrange the product while we are showing it to you.STEP4

Purchase
If you wish to purchase the requested item, you must pay the full price in advance.
Please note that cancellations are not possible after payment has been made.
