Everything was as advertised. Extra pictures and video were provided as soon as the deal was accepted and without my asking. Watch was shipped immediately, trackable the whole way. Could not have been easier.

The Team was absolutely fabulous. The watch was better than described, they responded promptly, and clearly answered all my questions. It was the fastest, smoothest delivery from Asia to the US that I have ever experienced.

Under the radar watch with many advantages:
+ slim case (thanks to famous slim movements used in Royal Oak / Nautilus / 222)
+ very good finishing (both the case and the movement have Geneva Seal)
+ automatic winding
+ classic design in modern size

Great watch as described. Well protected package.

Thank you! Excellent, prompt communication. The watch was ahipped and packaged perfectly. Will do business again.

Dealer was excellent including their communication and packaging and beautiful little origami gift inclusion very thoughtful. UPS tracking is not as up to date as fedex or Dhl however item still arrived within reasonable time.

Thank you - perfect experience.

clear and prompt communication
highly recommended
will definitely deal again

Ok, just wow, on Gem Castle YUKIZAKI Co. They were very prompt (got the watch within a week from Japan to the US). They were also very prompt, professional, and patient with my questions (it was my first purchase through ChronoAWOW. layers of boxes and packing material to ensure no damage. The "Good Luck" Origami gift was a nice touch. And here's the show stopper: when I opened the final box to get the watch, it was running with the correct time and date for my time zone enough stars for Gem Castle YUKIZAKI Co.
The only down side to the purchase was the import/tariff fees. They were a lot higher than expected, but not the fault of the dealer, or even Chrono24 who'd mentioned that the import fees were difficult to estimate due toflu just one of those things to be aware of. So a SOLID 18 stars for Chrono24 and Gem Castle YUKIZAKI Co.

Smoothest experience you can imagine. Seller sent pictures before sending the watch. Everything brand new and untouched as described. Arrived from Japan to Switzerland in 3 days. There's no room for improvement, perfect experience and great

Gem Castle are very professional, fast and polite. We had a bit of an uncertainty on whether the watches strap would pose a problem under the CITES regulations and the seller was extremely accommodating and resourceful in clearing up the issue. The ship and with lots of padding. They even included all origami swan which was a sweet touch. Watch was new and in perfect condition. I am very happy with my order and highly recommend this seller.
