Please be aware of the following when making a reservation:
- You can reserve up to three items.
- If the product you want is in stock at a store that is closed, we may not be able to arrange it for you on the day you wish to visit.
- If you move the product to view it, it may not be available on the desired date of visit.
- Due to the busy season, we cannot guarantee that items will be secured or reserved for you when you make a reservation to visit a Rolex, Patek Philippe, or Audemars Piguet store. There is a possibility that the item may have already been sold in-store or online by the time of your visit. In the unlikely event that the item has already been sold, we will contact you in advance.
* By making a deposit of 10% or more of the product price, we can reserve the product for one week. If you wish to do so, please write it in the comments section when making your reservation.
Regarding reservations for the New Year holidays
◆If the product you want is in stock at a store that is closed, we may not be able to accommodate your desired visit date and time. Thank you for your understanding.
◆The last reservation time for all stores on December 31, 2025 is 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Please make sure to check the opening hours of the store you wish to visit during the New Year holidays before making a reservation.
