Please be aware of the following when making a reservation:
- You can reserve up to three items.
- If the product you want is in stock at a store that is closed, we may not be able to arrange it for you on the day you wish to visit.
- If you move the product to view it, it may not be available on the desired date of visit.
- *If the pre-ordered item is a "Christmas Fair" item, the sale price will be available until "December 25th" when you visit the store. If you visit after December 26th, the "regular price" will be applied. Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding reservations for the New Year holidays
◆If the product you want is in stock at a store that is closed, we may not be able to accommodate your desired visit date and time. Thank you for your understanding.
◆The last reservation time for all stores on December 31, 2025 is 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
