Please be aware of the following when making a reservation:

• You can reserve up to three items.
• If the product you want is in stock at a store that is closed, we may not be able to arrange it for you on the day you wish to visit.
• If you move the product to view it, it may not be available on the desired date of visit.
• Due to the busy season, we cannot guarantee that items will be secured or reserved for you when you make a reservation to visit a Rolex, Patek Philippe, or Audemars Piguet store. There is a possibility that the item may have already been sold in-store or online by the time of your visit. In the unlikely event that the item has already been sold, we will contact you in advance.
  * By making a deposit of 10% or more of the product price, we can reserve the product for one week. If you wish to do so, please write it in the comments section when making your reservation.
